We will never lure you in with a cheap first month and then raise the price. The price you see today is the price you pay tomorrow.
No setup fee on any server, no cancellation fees, no "account maintenance" charges. Your plan's price is the total price for your server. Optional hands-on help (server setup, website moves, a managed service) is priced separately and only if you ask for it.
We will never silently increase your renewal price. If prices ever have to change, you get at least 30 days' written notice, and the change only applies from your next renewal. Paying 6 or 12 months upfront fixes your price for that period.
Pay monthly, or save 5% with 6 months or 10% with 12 months paid upfront. Cancel anytime: your server runs to the end of the period you've paid for, with no early termination penalty. Prepaid periods aren't refunded (Terms, section 4.5).
We will never spam you with upgrade prompts or artificial resource limits designed to push you to a higher plan.
The CPU, RAM, and storage listed on our pricing page are what you get. No "up to" language, no shared resource pools that throttle under load.
